Does being the best version of yourself mean living up to your potential – or is there more to it?
The key to becoming the best version of yourself is getting to know your 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 very well.
And the best way to do that, is to define your personal values by asking yourself ;

These really important questions will help you identify the person you want to be, and then you can focus on becoming the best version of you.
It’s not easy to become the best version of yourself, but it’s definitely worth it.
And if everything sounds like too much, here’s where you can start easily;
Learn to recognize and let go of whatever limiting beliefs are keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself
Stop telling yourself what you “should” do and start doing it. Get out of your comfort zone. Take risks and fail – yes, fail – so that you can get back up again and succeed.
Throw out the part of your identity that has been built on others’ expectations. Your vision for who you want to be must be yours – no one else’s.
4. Develop daily habits that will make you great. This could mean meditation, goal visualization ,eating healthy, exercising, and practicing daily gratitude.
Self-sacrifice. Being of service to others is an essential element of what makes us feel fulfilled. When we give of ourselves, we feel a greater sense of gratitude and abundance in our own lives.
Examining who we are is always worth it.
