How to be the Best Version of yourself.

Does being the best version of yourself mean living up to your potential โ€“ or is there more to it?

And the best way to do that, is to define your personal values by asking yourself ;

Itโ€™s not easy to become the best version of yourself, but itโ€™s definitely worth it.

And if everything sounds like too much, hereโ€™s where you can start easily;

  1. Learn to recognize and let go of whatever limiting beliefs are keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself

  2. Stop telling yourself what you โ€œshouldโ€ do and start doing it. Get out of your comfort zone. Take risks and fail โ€“ yes, fail โ€“ so that you can get back up again and succeed.

  3. Throw out the part of your identity that has been built on othersโ€™ expectations. Your vision for who you want to be must be yours โ€“ no one elseโ€™s.

  4. 4. Develop daily habits that will make you great. This could mean meditation, goal visualization ,eating healthy, exercising, and practicing daily gratitude.

  5. Self-sacrifice. Being of service to others is an essential element of what makes us feel fulfilled. When we give of ourselves, we feel a greater sense of gratitude and abundance in our own lives.

Examining who we are is always worth it.
